Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ pounds ground beef.
02 - 1 yellow onion, finely diced.
03 - 4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and sliced ¼-inch thick.
04 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated.
05 - 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cheddar soup.
06 - 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk.
07 - ½ cup milk.
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - Kosher salt to taste.
10 - Black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Brown ground beef and onion with salt and pepper, drain fat.
03 - Layer potatoes, beef mixture, and cheese four times. Season each layer.
04 - Mix cheddar soup, milks, and garlic powder until smooth.
05 - Pour sauce over layers. Cover and bake 60 minutes, then uncovered 15 minutes until golden.
