# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 pound pizza dough
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 4 oz sliced pepperoni
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
03 - Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer the sliced pepperoni on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
04 - Starting from one long end, tightly roll the dough into a log shape. Pinch the seam and ends closed to seal completely.
05 - Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and make 3-4 small diagonal slits on top for steam to escape.
06 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
07 - Let the stromboli cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing with a sharp knife. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can customize this with different cheeses like provolone or cheddar for extra richness.
02 - Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor and nutrition.
03 - Store leftovers wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven.
04 - Make sure to seal the seams well to prevent the filling from leaking out during baking.
