Cheesy Pesto Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf French baguette or Italian bread.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1/2 cup basil pesto.
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Fresh basil leaves, chopped.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice bread lengthwise and place cut-side up on baking sheet.
03 - Mix softened butter with minced garlic. Spread on both bread halves.
04 - Spread pesto over garlic butter, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
05 - Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese melts. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes for golden top.
