Cheesy Pizza Bread (Print Version)

Baguette sliced in half, topped with garlic butter, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, baked until golden and bubbly.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pizza Bread

01 - 1 baguette or long bread loaf
02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or tomato sauce)
04 - 1/2 cup pepperoni (or any toppings you like)

→ For the Garlic Butter

05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (180°C).
02 - Slice the baguette in half lengthwise so you have two long halves.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, and basil. Spread this garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
04 - Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each half of the bread, right over the garlic butter.
05 - Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over both halves. Add the pepperoni or any other toppings you like on top of the cheese.
06 - Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden and bubbly.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute or two, then slice into pieces and serve hot. This is perfect for sharing!

# Notes:

01 - You can use any toppings you like - mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, sausage, or keep it simple with just cheese!
02 - This is great for parties, game day, or as an easy weeknight dinner with a side salad.
03 - If you like it extra crispy, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, but watch it closely so it doesn't burn.
04 - Leftover pizza bread can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for best results.
