# Ingredients:

→ Ground Beef Base

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - ½ cup yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 tbsp butter or margarine

→ Pasta & Sauce

04 - 1 cup spaghetti noodles, broken into small pieces
05 - 2 cups water
06 - 2 cups marinara sauce with sweet basil

→ Seasonings

07 - ½ tsp salt
08 - ½ tsp black pepper
09 - 1 tsp onion powder
10 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ For Serving

11 - 4 large hamburger buns
12 - ¼ cup garlic butter or margarine
13 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. This twist on sloppy joes is going to be amazing - pasta and all!
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a dab of butter. Toss in the ground beef and diced onions, cooking and crumbling the beef until it's nicely browned and the onions are soft, about 5-6 minutes. Drain off any excess grease.
03 - Add the water to your skillet with the beef, then stir in the broken spaghetti pieces. Spread them out evenly, cover with a lid, and let everything cook for 4 minutes at medium-high heat.
04 - Remove the lid and give everything a good stir. Pour in the marinara sauce and add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine all those flavors, then reduce the heat to low.
05 - While the spaghetti mixture simmers, place your hamburger buns cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread them with garlic butter and pop them in the oven for 4-6 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
06 - Add the shredded mozzarella to your skillet and stir until it's completely melted and everything is nice and cheesy. The mixture should be thick and saucy.
07 - Scoop generous portions of the cheesy spaghetti mixture onto your toasted garlic buns. Serve immediately while everything is hot and the cheese is still melty!
