Cherry White Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped.
07 - Pinch of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
02 - Heat chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter over medium-low, stirring until melted.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in extracts and salt.
04 - Gently fold in chopped cherries.
05 - Pour into pan and smooth top.
06 - Refrigerate 4+ hours until set.
07 - Lift out with parchment and cut into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Use quality white chocolate.
02 - Drain cherries very well.
03 - Don't overmix cherries.
04 - Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
05 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
