→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 pieces frozen garlic toast
02 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
03 - Olive oil for cooking
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 6 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
13 - Dried parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - If your bacon isn't already cooked, bake it in the oven at 400 degrees on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 25 minutes until it's nice and crispy. Let it cool, then crumble it into pieces.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the cubed chicken and season it with the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
03 - While the chicken is cooking, cook the garlic toast according to the package directions until it's golden and crispy.
04 - Once the garlic toast is done, top each piece with some of the cooked chicken. Spoon Alfredo sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon. Put the topped garlic toast back in the oven and bake just until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
05 - Take everything out of the oven and sprinkle with dried parsley. Serve hot and enjoy this comforting dinner!
