Chicken Cordon Bleu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 4 slices ham.
03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 2 tablespoons milk.
06 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs.
07 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
08 - 2 tablespoons butter.
09 - 3 tablespoons butter for sauce.
10 - 3 tablespoons flour.
11 - 2 cups milk.
12 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
14 - 1/3 cup parmesan cheese for sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Mix breadcrumbs and cheese. Beat eggs with milk.
02 - Layer chicken with ham and cheese, roll up and secure.
03 - Dip in egg then breadcrumbs.
04 - Brown in butter, then bake 20-25 minutes.
05 - Make roux with butter and flour, add milk and seasonings until creamy.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly grated parmesan for sauce.
02 - Can brown in any pan then transfer to baking dish.
