Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

Pound chicken between plastic wrap to ½ inch thick.

Layer each breast with: 2 slices Swiss cheese, 2 slices ham, 2 more slices Swiss cheese, 2 more slices ham.

Roll chicken tightly in plastic wrap, twist ends, Chill rolls for 30 minutes.

Heat oil to 325°F in deep pan.

Dish 1: flour, Dish 2: beaten eggs, Dish 3: panko.

Coat each roll in flour, then egg, then panko.

Fry 5 minutes per side until golden, finish in a 325°F oven if needed until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Melt butter, cook garlic until soft. Whisk in flour for 1 minute. Add milk, whisk until thickened. Stir in mustard and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
