Chicken Fajita Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bowl Base

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
02 - 1 colorful bell pepper, sliced into strips
03 - 1 onion, sliced into half-moons
04 - 2 teaspoons of your favorite fajita seasoning
05 - 2 cups fluffy cooked rice

→ Toppings

06 - Your favorite salsa
07 - Fresh guacamole
08 - Chopped fresh cilantro
09 - A dollop of sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up a large skillet and cook your chicken strips with the peppers and onions. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning and cook until the chicken is done and the veggies are tender-crisp.
02 - Start with warm rice as your base, top with the hot fajita mixture, then pile on all your favorite toppings. Add as much or as little as you like!
