Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 ounces penne pasta
02 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 24 ounces (3 cups) marinara sauce

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
07 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Cheese

09 - 1/3 cup shredded parmesan
10 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta al dente, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Season and cook diced chicken in oil until browned, 5-7 minutes.
03 - Add marinara, seasonings, parmesan, pasta and reserved water. Simmer 4-5 minutes.
04 - Top with mozzarella, cover and let stand 5 minutes until melted.
