Easy Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 leftover breaded chicken tenders
02 - 2 ciabatta rolls, halved
03 - 2 slices provolone cheese

→ Sauce & Seasonings

04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - Pinch garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons marinara sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Crisp your leftover breaded chicken tender up, preferably in an air fryer at 350° for 5 minutes.
02 - Add the melted butter and garlic powder to a small bowl, whisking together until evenly combined. Baste this over the cut side of both rolls.
03 - Add all four pieces of bread to the basket of your air fryer, cut and buttered side up. Then air fry them at 350° for 2 minutes.
04 - Add two tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly out over the bottom rolls. Add chicken tenders to them. Top with cheese, then with the remaining sauce. Air fry for another 2 minutes.
05 - Close the sandwiches, serve warm, and enjoy!

01 - Great way to use leftover chicken tenders.
02 - Can use frozen tenders if cooked properly first.
03 - Any sturdy roll works as bread substitute.
