No-Bake Chickpea Cookie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 15.5 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and dried
02 - 1/2 cup whole oats
03 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Pulse chickpeas in food processor for 1 minute until crumbly.
02 - Add oats and pulse another minute.
03 - Add maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Process until smooth.
04 - Transfer to bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
05 - Roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
