Zesty Chili de Árbol Salsa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 15-20 dried chile de árbol peppers.
02 - 2 Roma tomatoes.
03 - 2 cloves garlic.
04 - ¼ medium onion.
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
07 - ½ cup water.
08 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Toast chiles in dry skillet 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
02 - Char tomatoes, garlic and onion in same skillet until softened.
03 - Combine toasted chiles, vegetables, salt, water and optional vinegar. Blend smooth.
04 - Heat oil and cook blended salsa 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust peppers for heat level.
02 - Don't burn peppers when toasting.
03 - Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
