Chocolate Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
07 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 2 large eggs.
11 - 3/4 cup buttermilk.
12 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9x5 loaf pan.
02 - Combine flour, cocoa, leaveners, salt and sugars.
03 - Whisk melted butter, vanilla and eggs.
04 - Add wet ingredients and buttermilk to dry mix. Stir in most chips.
05 - Top with remaining chips, bake 40-45 minutes until done.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any chocolate chips.
02 - Cover with foil if browning too fast.
03 - Freezes well.
