Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie dish.

Bake the crust for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.

In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.

Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed. The center may still jiggle a bit.
