Chocolate Fudge Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
02 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed.
05 - 4 large eggs.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
09 - 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
10 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
11 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips for ganache.
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream for ganache.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or line 9x13 inch pan with parchment.
02 - Whisk melted butter, oil, and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
03 - Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
04 - Spread in pan and bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick has few moist crumbs.
05 - Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
06 - Spread ganache over cooled brownies. Let set before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overmix batter once flour is added.
02 - Let brownies cool completely before adding ganache.
