Chocolate Fudge Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 large egg.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
09 - 1 tablespoon whole milk.
10 - 2/3 cup dark chocolate chunks.
11 - Extra chocolate for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter and sugars, then add vanilla and egg.
02 - Sift in flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt.
03 - Add milk if needed, stir in chocolate chunks.
04 - Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
05 - Form balls, bake at 350°F for 10-11 minutes.
06 - Top with extra chocolate while warm.
