Place biscuits in a large zip lock bag and crush them using a rolling pin until small coarse crumbs form. Transfer crumbs to a large bowl and stir in nuts.

In a medium bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Heat in the microwave or a double boiler until melted and smooth. Add milk and alcohol (if using), then stir. Pour the chocolate mixture into the crumb mixture and mix until fully combined.

Spread the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log using a spatula or spoon. Roll up the paper and twist the ends to seal. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm.

After chilling, remove the log from the paper and dust with icing sugar on all sides. Use your hands to spread the sugar evenly over the surface.

Slice the chilled log into pieces for serving. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer. If frozen, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting or serving.
