Christmas Gooey Butter Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix.
06 - ½ cup holiday sprinkles.
07 - ½ cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
02 - Beat cream cheese, butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Stir in cake mix until thick dough forms. Gently fold in sprinkles.
04 - Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes.
05 - Roll into 1½-inch balls and coat in powdered sugar.
06 - Bake 10-12 minutes until edges set but centers soft.
