Christmas Sprinkle Pudding Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature.
02 - 1 cup granulated white sugar.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
05 - 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour.
06 - 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix.
07 - 2 tablespoons red Jello mix.
08 - 2 tablespoons green Jello mix.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - ½ teaspoon salt.
11 - ¾ cup white chocolate chips.
12 - ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
02 - Cream butter and sugar, then add vanilla and egg until well combined.
03 - Mix in flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt until soft dough forms.
04 - Divide dough and mix red jello in one half, green in other. Add sprinkles to each.
05 - Scoop dough balls onto sheet, bake 8-10 minutes until edges golden.
06 - Let cool on wire rack before storing.

# Notes:

01 - Pudding mix makes cookies extra soft.
02 - Can make all one color.
03 - Don't overbake to keep soft.
