Christmas Sprinkle Pudding Cookies (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature.

1 cup granulated white sugar.

1 large egg.

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

1⅔ cups all-purpose flour.

3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix.

2 tablespoons red Jello mix.

2 tablespoons green Jello mix.

1 teaspoon baking soda.

½ teaspoon salt.

¾ cup white chocolate chips.

¼ cup Christmas sprinkles.
# Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment.

Cream butter and sugar, then add vanilla and egg until well combined.

Mix in flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt until soft dough forms.

Divide dough and mix red jello in one half, green in other. Add sprinkles to each.

Scoop dough balls onto sheet, bake 8-10 minutes until edges golden.

Let cool on wire rack before storing.
