Cinnamon Apple Fritter Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup light brown sugar.
02 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
03 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder.
09 - 1/2 cup milk.
10 - 2 large apples, peeled and chopped.
11 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for apples.
12 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for apples.
13 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
14 - 2-3 tablespoons milk for glaze.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9x5 inch loaf pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for swirl.
02 - Combine chopped apples with 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
03 - Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk.
04 - Pour half batter in pan. Add half cinnamon-sugar and apples. Add remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon-sugar and apples. Swirl top.
05 - Bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
06 - Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over cooled bread.

01 - Let bread cool completely before glazing.
02 - Gently press apples into batter to prevent gaps.
