Sweet Cream Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Cream Cheese Filling

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For the Rolls

04 - 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 count)
05 - 1/4 cup butter, melted

→ For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating

06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press the seams together firmly so each piece stays in one triangle shape.
04 - Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
05 - Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up tightly toward the pointed tip, keeping the filling inside.
06 - Brush each rolled-up pastry generously with the melted butter on all sides.
07 - In a shallow bowl, mix together the 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
08 - Roll each buttered roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture, turning it around until it's completely coated.
09 - Place the coated rolls on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until they're golden brown and puffed up beautifully.
10 - Let the rolls cool for just a few minutes, then serve them while they're still warm. These are best enjoyed fresh!

# Notes:

01 - These are absolutely delicious served warm when the cream cheese filling is still soft and gooey.
02 - Make sure your cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
03 - Store any leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for a few minutes to crisp them back up.
04 - These taste like something from a fancy bakery but take less than 30 minutes to make.
