01 -
Heat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 -
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press the seams together firmly so each piece stays in one triangle shape.
04 -
Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
05 -
Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up tightly toward the pointed tip, keeping the filling inside.
06 -
Brush each rolled-up pastry generously with the melted butter on all sides.
07 -
In a shallow bowl, mix together the 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
08 -
Roll each buttered roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture, turning it around until it's completely coated.
09 -
Place the coated rolls on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until they're golden brown and puffed up beautifully.
10 -
Let the rolls cool for just a few minutes, then serve them while they're still warm. These are best enjoyed fresh!
