→ For Assembly

13 - Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
14 - Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are tender and syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool.
02 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter (or your fingers) to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Spread the crumble mixture on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let cool completely.
03 - In a clear serving cup or jar, layer the spiced peaches, vanilla ice cream (or whipped cream), and the cobbler crumble topping. Repeat layers until the cup is full. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top for garnish, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Peaches: If fresh peaches aren't available, use frozen or canned peaches (drained) for a quick alternative.
02 - Crumble Topping: Make extra crumble topping to store in an airtight container for future desserts!
03 - Serving Tip: Serve immediately to keep the crumble topping crunchy.
