Coconut Cream Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut.
02 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional).
06 - 8 oz white or semi-sweet chocolate, melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, powdered sugar and nuts (if using) until sticky dough forms.
02 - Roll into small balls, place on lined baking sheet. Freeze 30 minutes.
03 - Melt chocolate in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
04 - Dip frozen balls in chocolate with fork or toothpick to coat.
05 - Let set at room temperature or in fridge.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze balls before dipping.
02 - Use clean dry tools for chocolate.
03 - Can be made ahead and frozen.
04 - Keeps 2 weeks in fridge.
05 - Any chocolate type works.
