Thoroughly wash and dry the apples. Insert a lollipop stick into the top of each apple.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally until the mixture boils.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in a few drops of food coloring.

Allow the syrup to cool for about a minute. Dip each apple into the candy coating, ensuring it’s completely covered.

Place the coated apples on parchment paper to cool and harden completely.

Once the candy coating is firm, gently wrap a bit of cotton candy around the top of each apple for a colorful and whimsical touch.
