# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup (113.5 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
02 - ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - ⅛ teaspoon blue food coloring (more/less depending on dye and color preference)
05 - 1½ cups (187.5 g) heat-treated all-purpose flour
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - 4 regular Oreo cookies, crushed (or your favorite creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies)
08 - 4 regular Chips Ahoy cookies, crushed (or your favorite chocolate chip cookies)
09 - ¼ cup (45 g) white chocolate chips
10 - 3-4 tablespoons milk (more/less depending on texture preference)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat-treat the flour in the oven OR the microwave, then let it cool. For oven method: Preheat to 350°F. Measure flour into a small/medium pan and bake for 6-10 minutes or until it reaches a temperature of 160-165°F. For microwave method: Add flour to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20-30 seconds. Stir, check the temperature with a thermometer, and continue heating in 15-second intervals until it reaches a temperature of 160-165°F.
02 - In a medium bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring.
03 - Sift and stir the heat-treated flour and salt into the wet ingredients. Add milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
04 - Mix in the crushed cookies and white chocolate chips.
05 - Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Heat-treating the flour is essential to kill any bacteria and make it safe to eat raw.
02 - Store leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 1 month.
03 - Adjust the amount of milk to get your preferred cookie dough consistency.
04 - You can serve this in bowls, form into cookie dough balls, or use as an ice cream topping.
