Cookie Monster Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream (1 pint).
02 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon blue gel food coloring.
04 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces).
05 - 20 Oreo cookies, chopped.
06 - 15 Chips Ahoy cookies, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat heavy cream, vanilla, and blue food coloring until stiff peaks form.
02 - Add condensed milk and beat on low until combined. Add more blue coloring if needed.
03 - Fold in chopped Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies gently.
04 - Pour into loaf pan or 8-inch cake pan. Top with extra cookie pieces.
05 - Cover with plastic wrap or lid. Freeze at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

# Notes:

01 - Use gel food coloring instead of liquid for better results.
02 - Can be made without food coloring.
03 - Keeps for up to two weeks in freezer.
