Creamy Cottage Cheese Egg Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 8 to 9 large eggs
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper

→ Optional Add-ins

06 - ⅓ cup cooked bacon
07 - 2 tablespoons chives

→ Other

08 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Spray a silicone muffin pan lightly with cooking spray and heat the oven to 350F.
02 - Add the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth.
03 - Divide the egg mixture into the cups of the silicone muffin pan, filling each just a bit more than half full. Sprinkle with the chopped bacon and chives (or other add-ins), if using.
04 - Bake for 20 to 22 minutes and allow the egg bites to cool before you pop them out of the silicone mould.
