# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1½ cups almond flour
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

→ Seasonings

05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for cooking
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Add almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings. Stir to form thick batter
02 - Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat. Coat surface with olive oil
03 - Scoop ¼ cup batter onto skillet, spread into round shape. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden
04 - Repeat with remaining batter, adding oil as needed. Garnish with herbs and serve warm
