# Ingredients:

02 - Cooking spray, to crisp the bread.
03 - 1 (8-ounce) wheel brie cheese, for creamy filling.
04 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, for tartness.
05 - 2 tbsp fresh thyme, for a fragrant garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice off the top quarter of the bread boule.
03 - Hollow out the center of the bread, reserving the bread for later use or to serve as dipping pieces.
04 - Place the brie wheel into the hollowed-out bread.
05 - Lightly spray the outside of the bread with cooking spray.
06 - Cut slices around the edges of the bread (1–2 inches apart), ensuring they stay attached to the loaf.
07 - Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie, then sprinkle with fresh thyme.
08 - Bake for 25 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the brie is melty.
