Cranberry Bliss Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted.
02 - 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed (250g).
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g).
04 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
05 - 1 large egg yolk, room temperature.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (285g).
08 - 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
11 - 1 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped, divided.
12 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature.
13 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
15 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
16 - 3-4 cups powdered sugar.
17 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Beat melted butter with sugars. Add eggs, yolk, and vanilla until combined.
03 - Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients gradually.
04 - Fold in 1/2 cup cranberries. Spread in pan and bake 20-25 minutes until done.
05 - Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add vanilla, zest, and gradually add powdered sugar.
06 - Frost cooled bars. Top with remaining cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Cut into triangles.
