Cranberry Bliss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 2 cups white granulated sugar.
03 - 2 eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 teaspoon orange extract.
06 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
11 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
12 - 3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped.
13 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
14 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
15 - 1/2 teaspoon orange extract.
16 - 1 tablespoon milk or cream.
17 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped for garnish.
18 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted for garnish.
19 - Orange zest for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, extracts, and zest.
02 - Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients. Stir in chips and cranberries.
03 - Scoop onto lined sheets. Bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
04 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange extract and milk until smooth.
05 - Frost cooled cookies. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, sprinkle with cranberries and zest.

01 - Can chill dough 20-30 minutes for thicker cookies.
02 - Dough can be made 2 days ahead.
03 - Can freeze unbaked cookie balls.
