Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough.
02 - 6 oz Brie cheese (cut into small squares).
03 - ¼ cup orange marmalade.
04 - ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce.
05 - ¼ cup chopped pistachios (or pecans/walnuts).
06 - Fresh rosemary (for garnish).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 24-count mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
02 - Cut the brie into 1-inch squares and refrigerate.
03 - Combine cranberry sauce and orange marmalade. Set aside.
04 - Roll out crescent dough, pinch seams together, and cut into 24 squares.
05 - Place dough squares into muffin cups. Top each with brie and a teaspoon of cranberry-marmalade mixture.
06 - Sprinkle chopped pistachios or other nuts on top.
07 - Cook for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown and dough is fully baked.
08 - Add a sprig of rosemary to each bite.
09 - Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!.
