Cranberry Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, shredded or chopped
02 - ½ cup dried cranberries
03 - ½ cup chopped celery
04 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
05 - ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

→ Dressing

06 - ½ cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken or turkey, cranberries, celery, red onion, and nuts in a large bowl
02 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl
03 - Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss until well-coated
04 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
05 - Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve on lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers

01 - Can use any cooked chicken or turkey
02 - Can customize with grapes, apples, or avocado
03 - Keeps for 2-3 days in refrigerator
