Cranberry Cream Cheese Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons baking soda
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ½ cup (114g) butter, softened
05 - 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
06 - 1½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
07 - 3 large eggs
08 - ⅓ cup milk
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
10 - 2 teaspoons orange zest
11 - 2 cups (200g) fresh or frozen cranberries

→ Orange Glaze

12 - 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
13 - 2 tablespoons orange juice
14 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 8x5-inch bread pans with nonstick spray
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
03 - Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar for 2 minutes on high speed. Add eggs, vanilla, orange zest, and milk
04 - Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients on low speed until just combined. Stir in cranberries
05 - Divide batter between pans and bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely
06 - Whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled loaves
