Cranberry Crumble Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature.
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
03 - ½ cup light brown sugar.
04 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
06 - 3¼ cups all-purpose flour.
07 - ¾ teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
09 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt.
10 - 2½ cups cranberries.
11 - ⅔ cup granulated sugar.
12 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
13 - 1 tablespoon orange zest.
14 - 1 tablespoon orange juice.
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
16 - ¾ cup powdered sugar.
17 - 4 tablespoons milk or cream.
18 - ½ teaspoon vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and sugars 3 minutes. Add egg, vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
02 - Reserve 2 cups dough. Press remaining into lined 8x8 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
03 - Mix cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, orange zest, juice and vanilla. Pour over crust.
04 - Break reserved dough into pieces over filling. Bake 45 minutes, covering last 15 minutes.
05 - Cool completely. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over bars.

01 - Keeps 4 days at room temperature.
02 - Can freeze without glaze.
