Mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.

Whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Dip larger bread circles in egg mixture, press into muffin cups. Add filling.

Dip smaller bread circles in egg mixture, place on filling. Press edges to seal well.
