Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 1 large chicken breast, butterflied
02 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
05 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
06 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon butter for cooking
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta Sauce

09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 1 onion, finely diced
11 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 2 cups heavy cream
13 - 1 tablespoon flour mixed with 2 tablespoons water
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped
15 - 8 oz Fusilli pasta
16 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
17 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
18 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
19 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

# Instructions:

01 - Season butterflied chicken with spices and oil. Let rest 10 minutes.
02 - Sear in butter 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Rest before slicing.
03 - Sauté onions and garlic in butter until soft.
04 - Add cream and flour slurry. Simmer until thickened. Add seasonings.
05 - Toss cooked pasta in sauce with Parmesan. Top with sliced chicken.
