Garlic Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces.
02 - 1 small onion, diced.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup.
05 - 1 cup beef broth.
06 - 1 cup heavy cream.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 8 ounces pasta (penne or similar).
11 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
12 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Put beef, onion and garlic in the slow cooker.
02 - Stir together mushroom soup, broth, cream, basil and oregano in a bowl.
03 - Pour sauce over beef and cook on low 6-8 hours until meat is tender.
04 - Boil pasta until just tender about 30 minutes before serving time.
05 - Add pasta and Parmesan to the slow cooker, stir well.
06 - Let it cook 10-15 more minutes then top with parsley if using.

# Notes:

01 - Short pasta shapes like rigatoni or fusilli work great.
02 - Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 3 days.
