# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
02 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced.
03 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend.
04 - 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
05 - 2 cups vegetable broth.
06 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
07 - 8 oz freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat.
02 - Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
03 - Sprinkle flour into the pan and whisk until fully combined. Cook for another minute.
04 - Slowly pour in vegetable broth, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
05 - Simmer gently for 2 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
06 - Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and parsley. Whisk until smooth.
07 - Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until reaching desired consistency.
08 - Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
