Creamy Tomato Garlic Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
02 - 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 cup dry white wine
05 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
06 - 2 cups heavy cream

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon white sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
09 - 1 tablespoon flour
10 - 1/2 cup chopped parsley
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Final

14 - 8 oz rigatoni pasta
15 - Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mince garlic and halve cherry tomatoes.
02 - Sauté garlic in oil until golden. Add tomatoes and cook until softened, 10-15 minutes.
03 - Add wine, reduce 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, cream, and flour slurry. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
04 - Add herbs and seasonings. Combine with cooked pasta.
05 - Simmer 5 minutes more. Rest covered 5 minutes before serving with Parmesan.
