Creamy Tortellini Bake (Print Version)

Simple one-dish bake with ground beef, onions, garlic, fresh cheese tortellini, Boursin cheese, spaghetti sauce, and beef broth, topped with melted mozzarella.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Casserole

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 yellow onion, diced
03 - 6 to 7 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh, not frozen)
05 - 5.2 oz Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese
06 - 24 oz spaghetti sauce (any flavor you like)
07 - 1 cup beef broth
08 - 2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

→ For Seasonings

09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Kinder's Garlic and Herb seasoning (or any garlic herb blend)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
02 - In a large oven-safe skillet or pot, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic. Drain the grease if you prefer - I usually do!
03 - Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, and the garlic herb blend. Use about 1 tablespoon of the garlic herb seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and some pepper. Adjust to your taste!
04 - Stir in the fresh cheese tortellini, Boursin cheese, spaghetti sauce, and beef broth. Mix everything together well until the Boursin starts to melt and blend in.
05 - Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Use as much or as little as you like - I go for a generous layer!
06 - Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
07 - Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot. This creamy, cheesy tortellini bake is so good!

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to use fresh tortellini, not frozen - it cooks perfectly in the sauce without needing to be boiled first.
02 - Boursin cheese is what makes this extra creamy and adds amazing garlic herb flavor.
03 - You can use any flavor of spaghetti sauce you like - marinara, mushroom, or meat sauce all work great.
04 - If you don't have an oven-safe skillet, transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish before topping with cheese.
05 - Leftovers reheat beautifully in the microwave or oven.
