Creamy Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups macaroni.
02 - 2 tablespoons vegan butter.
03 - 10 ounces vegan cheddar, finely cut.
04 - 1 cup almond milk.
05 - 1 batch vegan parmesan cheese.
06 - 7 ounces vegan cream cheese.
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter and cheddar in large pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
02 - Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and parmesan to make sauce.
03 - Add cooked macaroni and seasonings. Heat 5 minutes more.

# Notes:

01 - Keep heat low to prevent cheese from becoming grainy.
02 - Can use leftover or fresh cooked pasta.
