Crock Pot Chicken Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 32 ounce bag frozen tater tots
02 - 3 ounce bag bacon pieces
03 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ¾ cup milk
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - Any other seasoning you prefer (like cajun or blackened seasoning)

# Instructions:

01 - Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Layer half of the frozen tater tots on the bottom of the slow cooker.
03 - Sprinkle with 1/3 of the bacon pieces.
04 - Now top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese.
05 - Add diced chicken on top and season the chicken with salt and pepper and any of your other favorite seasoning.
06 - Now add 1/3 of the bacon pieces and another 1/3 of shredded cheese.
07 - Put the rest of the frozen tater tots on top.
08 - Finish with the remaining 1/3 cheddar cheese and remaining 1/3 of bacon pieces.
09 - Pour 3/4 cup milk all over the top.
10 - Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours. Then serve.

02 - You can use precooked bacon bits to save time, or cook and crumble your own bacon for more flavor.
