Croissant Breakfast Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 croissants.
02 - 6 slices turkey bacon.
03 - 2 tablespoons butter.
04 - 8 eggs.
05 - 1/4 cup half and half.
06 - Salt and pepper.
07 - 6 slices cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Split and toast croissants at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
02 - Cook turkey bacon until crisp.
03 - Scramble eggs with half and half, cook in hot butter until soft.
04 - Layer cheese, bacon, eggs on croissant bottoms.
05 - Bake assembled sandwiches 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
