Curried Sausages (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon oil.
02 - 1.2 lb sausages.
03 - 1 onion.
04 - 1 tablespoon curry powder.
05 - 3 tablespoon flour.
06 - 2 ¼ cups broth.
07 - 1 carrot, peeled and sliced.
08 - ½ teaspoon salt.
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
10 - ⅔ cup peas.
11 - ⅔ cup corn.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
02 - Remove sausages, slice into thick chunks, and cover with foil to keep warm.
03 - In the same skillet, cook onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent and lightly colored.
04 - Add curry powder and flour, stir well into onions.
05 - Gradually stir in broth until gravy forms smoothly.
06 - Add carrots, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
07 - Return sausages to pan, add peas and corn. Simmer 2 more minutes until heated through.

# Notes:

01 - Use any type of sausage - beef, pork, chicken, or turkey work well.
02 - Choose your preferred curry powder blend.
03 - Beef, chicken, or vegetable broth can be used.
