Double Cheese Fry Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 1½ lbs ground beef
02 - ½ yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
04 - ¼ cup ketchup
05 - 1 lb shoestring French fries
06 - 8 slices cheese
07 - 12 savory butter slider rolls
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

→ Burger Sauce

09 - ½ cup mayonnaise
10 - ¼ cup ketchup
11 - 1 tablespoon mustard
12 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice
13 - ½ teaspoon dehydrated chopped onions
14 - Black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook shoestring French fries according to package directions until crispy. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Season with burger seasoning. Cook until no pink remains, then drain excess grease. Stir in ¼ cup ketchup and mix well.
03 - Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and lay them face up on a baking sheet, keeping the bottom and top portions separate.
04 - On the bottom rolls, layer in this order: first layer of cheese slices, seasoned ground beef, burger sauce (as much as desired), second layer of cheese, and crispy French fries on top.
05 - Place the top halves of the rolls over the fries. Brush the tops with melted butter for golden, flavorful buns.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted and rolls are golden. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into individual sliders. Serve hot with extra burger sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Use savory butter rolls, not sweet Hawaiian rolls, for the best flavor balance
02 - The burger sauce is similar to classic Big Mac sauce and perfect for dipping
03 - Shoestring fries work best as they fit nicely on the sliders and stay crispy
04 - These are great for parties, game day, or feeding a crowd
