01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook shoestring French fries according to package directions until crispy. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Season with burger seasoning. Cook until no pink remains, then drain excess grease. Stir in ¼ cup ketchup and mix well.
03 -
Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and lay them face up on a baking sheet, keeping the bottom and top portions separate.
04 -
On the bottom rolls, layer in this order: first layer of cheese slices, seasoned ground beef, burger sauce (as much as desired), second layer of cheese, and crispy French fries on top.
05 -
Place the top halves of the rolls over the fries. Brush the tops with melted butter for golden, flavorful buns.
06 -
Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted and rolls are golden. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into individual sliders. Serve hot with extra burger sauce for dipping.
