# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 cup heavy cream.
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
06 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional).
07 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled.
08 - 1 cup grapes.
09 - 1 cup pineapple, chopped.
10 - Caramel sauce for drizzling.
11 - White chocolate, melted, for drizzling.
12 - Crushed nuts for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat in heavy cream until fluffy.
02 - Arrange mixed fruits in serving dish or individual containers.
03 - Spoon cheesecake filling over fruits. Optional: roll portions in graham cracker crumbs.
