Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

Crescent rolls filled with shredded chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, and cheese, baked and covered in a creamy cheese sauce.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream
03 - 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
06 - 2 (8 oz) tubes crescent rolls

→ For the Cheese Sauce

07 - 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
08 - 1 cup whole milk
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ For Garnish (Optional)

10 - Dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
03 - Open the tubes of crescent rolls and separate the dough into triangles. Place a large spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and tucking the filling inside as you roll.
04 - Arrange the rolled crescent rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
05 - While the rolls are baking, make the cheese sauce. In a medium saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup and whole milk. Heat over medium heat, whisking frequently, until the mixture is smooth and begins to simmer.
06 - Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
07 - Once the crescent rolls are baked, pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly.
08 - Garnish with a little dried parsley if you like. Scoop servings onto plates and make sure to get plenty of that cheesy sauce on top!

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken is perfect for this - it saves so much time and tastes great!
02 - Don't overfill the crescent rolls or they'll be hard to seal and roll up.
03 - The ranch seasoning adds tons of flavor - don't skip it!
04 - Make sure the rolls are seam-side down when you bake them so they don't unroll.
05 - The cheese sauce makes these extra special - it's like chicken crescent rolls swimming in cheesy goodness!
